I can switch between Russian and English keyboard configurations whenever I need/want to type in Russian. I'd add a whole bunch of other languages to the language bar except it makes cycling through them cumbersome, so I usually only leave the two.
Hahaha actually, I don't get the witch hunters after me fortunately, since the part of the country I live in is sane enough not to think that Russians are all evil un-American commie bastards or whatever. I only know Russian because I lived in Russia for 4 months, with a family which spoke no English in a city where no tourists go.
While I'm at it, here's more keyboard configurations...I hope they all work xP

I wonder how long until Cyrillic domain names come about. They are already in Arabic.
So you learned the language in 4 months!? Wow! I'm impressed! I was forced to learn Indonesian for 3 years, 5 actually if you include primary school. Don't remember much of it at all!

I wonder how long until Cyrillic domain names come about. They are already in Arabic. вот эта имя на кирилице (prezident.rf, transliterated) Unfortunately I'm still not totally fluent...I can converse fairly comfortably though. The nice thing about immersion plans like that is that they kind of force you to learn fast, otherwise you can't speak with anybody. I'll put it to you that I spent 4 years in high school trying to learn Latin and now barely remember anything...it's a lot harder if you're not constantly practicing and hearing the language. Fortunately, you have the option to go study in Indonesia if you want...if I wanted to pick up Latin again I'm mostly screwed ;D

Unless you go to Vatican city Or maybe some weird cult. My sister knows Latin. And I don't want to go to Indonesia - I do not like their government. thanks for the link ^^
