This is not the 3 word story game. This is a lot more free than that. Everyone writes a bit of the story in each post, however they can write as much or as little as they want. The idea is to end up with a flowing, well-written story, although being written on here means it'll probably end up quite surreal.
Story Start
One fine Tuesday morning, Bob the Cucumber Man went for a walk in the park. It was a beautiful day - the birds were singing, the sun was shining and the trees were just beginning to blossom. As he walked, he sang to himself about the wonders of nature around him.
After a while, Bob reached the more secluded part of the park. The sun was now hidden behind the trees and he walked through the dappled shade, whistling as he went. It was darker here, but he didn't mind - it was nice to get out of the sun for a while. A cool breeze played about the fine whisps of hair on his forehead and the birds sang sweetly above him. Bob had a lot of time this morning so he decided to stray from the well worn path tread by others and make his way down one of the narrower tracks. The trees grew closer here and the amount of nettles and brambles near his legs as he walked suggested to Bob that this part of the park had not been tended to by the warden for some time. However, this did little t dampen his mood as he strolled onwards, a serene smile upon his lips.
Suddenly, Bob stopped dead. A horrible sight greeted his eyes. All thoughts of joy left his mind and the smile vanished from his lips, his whistling just a memory to the dark wood. Lying in a small clearing in front of him was the most horrifying thing he had ever seen...
